The lazy cook’s guide to tiffin cake
– 270g fruit and nut chocolate
– 90g white chocolate
– 130g butter
– 5 digestive biscuits
– Melt the fruit and nut and butter up right nice, then leave to cool for 20 mins
– Add the crushed digestives and the finely chopped milk chocolate
– Scoop the tasty mixture into a greased cake tin, then leave in the fridge to chill until well set.
– And now for the most important part: Enjoy thoroughly!
