The Royal Exchange’s A Moment in Time: In pictures

If you’re looking for something to do in Manchester between now and April 28th, make your way to the Royal Exchange Theatre and check out its Moment in Time arts and crafts exhibition. It’s a doozy!

Jennifer Collier

She makes unusual paper fabrics by bonding, waxing, trapping and stitching to explore the remaking of household objects.

Naomi Greaves

She is creating a collection that covers her main passions of print-making and collecting, with some pieces inspired by botany, anatomy and entomology.

Amelia Smith

She makes brooches, rings and necklaces out of resin using vintage stamps and postcards. Read an interview with Amelia here.

Judith Brown

She creates original jewellery using wire, incorporating found objects like recycled buttons.

There’s plenty more to see at the Exchange, so make sure you head down there by the 28th. Who’s been already?
